Speed: >24 cycles/min with 2 needle lines
The output is like following:
- considering a Blister-Packing film width of 420mm and 20 needles per packing line, then per stroke 40 needles are loaded/packed and the output will be 960 needles/min.
- considering the same packing line but with two Needle-Feeders, then per stroke 80 needles are loaded/packed and the output will be > 1’900 needles/min.
It is also possible to lay the needles besides the syringes.
Please NOTE: Needles without caps and caps without needles will be separated!

The output is like following:
considering a Blister-Packing film width of 420mm and 10 syringes per packing line (e.g. 5ml), then per stroke 20 syringes are loaded/packed and the output will be > 500 syringes/min.
This high-end Syringe-Feeder is predestinated for high-speed syringe packing lines.
The syringe-feeder SF-2S is containing:
- Two MPS Hopper/Elevators (2 types available, for safety syringes and normal syringes)
- MPS Twin-Centrifuge
- MPS Syringe-Feeder SF-2S

This Syringe-Feeder is especially designed to run with 2 different syringe sizes (2 different barrel Diameters), by means within a negligible time the syringe-feeder can be changed from one size to the other.
