The needles are poured into the hopper which has a vibrator on the bottom side and a reservoir surveillance controller.
These needles are transported and positioned in rows in supply channels. The control block separates the needles and shoot them into the formed film.
If the blister is not properly formed, an integrated surveillance system will abort the needle filling cycle.
