Each pack will be filled with an individual filling piston which is connected to a separate filling hose. For a better product control the hose is made out of clear plastic material. Each product outlet is separately closeable.
The filler is equipped with mechanical valves (see picture). It can handle most difficult products such as orange marmalade or products containing solid particles.

The volume of each filling piston is individually adjustable. To clean the machine the installed automatic cleaning cycle in place with boiling water is available. The filling head can be disassembled for cleaning purpose within minutes.
